It is a nuanced tool that takes years to master. I offer this tool in all of my programs, and I love supporting other coaches new to the Enneagram.

1:1 Coaching for leaders making the leap

  • This rigorous coaching program is designed to help leaders make the leap to the next level. We will collaboratively establish our objectives in a tri-party meeting with the client, coach, and the client's supervisor - and we will leverage the Leadership Circle 360 Feedback, and Aephoria Partners Leadership maturity assessment.

    This program includes unlimited access to your coach between sessions - and will demonstrate measurable progress in leadership maturity.

Executive Accompaniment

1:1 Coaching for Executives & Senior Leaders

  • Being an executive is lonely. And high consequence. You need to deliver - and I have a huge bag of tricks. We can first-draft critical decisions, uproot assumptions that impede your impact, and strategize a path to peak performance. You will leave our sessions more connected to your most powerful and authentic leadership, and more grounded in yourself.

    This program includes weekly sessions and unlimited email and phone call access.

  • When leaders are honest, authentic, and safe — they unlock creativity, intelligence, and experience new heights of productivity and performance. And group coaching addresses aspects of organizational leadership that 1:1 coaching alone does not directly touch. This program includes targeted leadership development trainings, rigorous assessments, group coaching, and 1:1 coaching. And will result in measurable progress in leadership maturity.

    Meghann is a remarkable, intuitive teacher who guided my personal growth under a specific coaching topic that was created by both of us. Meghann’s approach included highly attuned archetypal and visual metaphors to help me visualize where I felt I was and where I felt I wanted to be, bi-weekly practices (also created by both of us), journaling, meditations and working through my Enneagram type growth path. We measured “progress” revisiting the coaching topic and three overarching objectives each session and were able to adapt and build the program as I needed each week.
