Peak performance is waiting for you
I coach leaders who want to improve performance without drama and churn.
I discovered integral coaching when recovering from burnout. I had been living and working in Afghanistan for eight years. And when things got hard, as they certainly did - all I knew how to do was try harder. That’s what I learned as a Division 1 athlete. To grind and push. To squeeze every drop out of my body. That got me through basic training. I treasure that lesson. And I admire that work ethic. And that is not peak performance.
Peak performance doesn’t grind you down. It generates energy. It makes us brave. It brings us into integrity. It’s loving. Mature. Coherent. Fulfilled. It contributes sanity. And best of all, it’s fun. This kind of leadership brings out the best in all of us.
I’ve worked with incredible humans across a variety of sectors:
Peak performance is priceless.
We seek out development when we are in pain - and we commit to development when we want something bad enough.
Don’t delay. Don’t suffer unnecessarily. And don’t go it alone.
