Meghann McNiff, PCC

FOUNDER

I am an executive coach, leadership development consultant, and group facilitator with a depth of expertise in tools and assessments that promote conscious leadership and peak performance. My work focuses on 1:1 coaching, designing and delivering rigorous group leadership programs, enneagram training and supervision, and large group facilitation.

I’m known for keeping our work together as fun as it is driven for results - and at my core, I am a practitioner. All of the tools and approaches I use with my clients I know deeply — because I also use them myself, and with my collaborators. My coaching practice builds on my previous careers as an Organizational Development Specialist and Field Program Advisor in Global Health. Before that I was a Program Manager and Organizational Development Specialist in the US Air Force.

I’m married to a mountain guide turned Executive Director of the NW Avalanche Center, and together we are raising two wild children in Snoqualmie, Washington - where the iconic show Twin Peaks was filmed.
